I was eat­ing din­ner when the three girls at the table across from me started excit­edly point­ing at the win­dow. I thought they were point­ing out the guy who was walk­ing by.

Then other tables started pointing.

I looked up to see an arc of smoke…of course! The shut­tle launch! I guess it was a “go” today.
